BENTONVILLE — The Police Department will hold a women’s self-defense class from 6 to 10 p.m. Monday through Wednesday, according to a news release.

The free 12-hour classroom and hands-on course will take place over three, four-hour evenings. Participants must be at least 14 years old.

Those interested should go to the city’s website, fill out an application and send it to Cpl. Stephanie Wootten at stephanie.wootten@bentonville.arkansas.gov.
