Hot Springs Police Officers Nunez and Lowery investigated a fatal traffic crash on November 1, 2019, at 3:48PM, on Carpenter Dam Road in front of the Alliance Rubber Facility.
The Arkansas State Police Preliminary Fatal Crash Summary Report says that the southbound 2005 Nissan Sentra left the roadway, traveled in a ditch, struck a culvert, traveled across the driveway, struck another culvert and came to final rest on the south side of the driveway.
Road conditions at the time of the crash are listed as clear and dry.
Tommie Webb, 80, of Hot Springs did not survive this crash.
