Wagner caught him. The parolee allegedly wanted to fight about it. Dep. Wagner zapped him back into compliance with his department issued parolee blaster.
Parolee White was arrested and checked out by LifeNet Medics at the scene. He was medically cleared for booking and then transported by the patrol to the Garland County Detention Center. He is charged with Felony Fleeing, Resisting Arrest and Failure To Appear with a bond amount totaling $3,500 with a no bond hold for the FTA charge.

The tazer shoots metal barbs into the skin of the target. At least 2 of these barb darts penetrate the skin like a fish hook and remain until either ripped out of the skin or removed by medical troops. Nothing about getting zapped is something you want to do. Remember that when you want to run or fight or not listen when things get serious.
