Terry Lee Wilkson (Photo: MCSO)An 18-year-old Gassville resident, Terry Lee Wilkson, was booked into the Marion County jail at 12:21 p.m. Wednesday on three felony sex offenses.
Wilkson was arrested on charges of second-degree sexual assault, sexual solicitation of a child and distributing, possessing or viewing matter depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child. Wilkson was being held in lieu of a $50,000 bond as of early Wednesday afternoon.
The child pornography charge carries a maximum prison sentence of 10 years while the sexual solicitation charge carries a maximum punishment of six years. The second-degree sexual assault charge can be a felony or a misdemeanor with punishments ranging from a year in a county jail to 10 years in prison.
The charges against Wilkson originated from the Flippin Police Department.
