All suspects are presumed innocent until determined guilty in court.
Hot Springs Police Officer Murray was dispatched to a residence on Malvern Avenue on the afternoon of March 31st and met with the victim of this social media harassment complaint.
The victim alleges that Desani Jericho Neal, 21, of 7th Street in Hot Springs, had publicly posted nude photos of the her on the web-based social media platform “Snapchat” following an argument between them.
The victim allegedly stated that she and Neal had a prior sexual relationship. During which, she sent him the private, nude photos.
Off. Murray allegedly saw a nude photo of the victim posted from Neal’s Snapchat account.
The victim told Off. Murray that she blocked Mr. Neal on all forms of social media in an effort to cut off all contact. The report notes that as of 4/1/2019, Mr. Neal allegedly called the complainant around 30 times from a blocked number, stating he would not going to leave the her alone. Detectives obtained an arrest warrant for Mr. Neal.
Off. Murray and Davis went to Mr. Neal’s workplace on K-Tech Lane and served the arrest warrant. Mr. Neal was arrested and transported to the Garland County Detention Center for processing. Approximately .4 grams of meth was allegedly found inside Mr. Neal’s wallet during the booking process.
Mr. Neal is charged with Felony Possession Of A Controlled Substance, Unlawful Distribution Of Sexually Explicit Images and Harassment with a bond amount totaling $4,500.
