Hot Springs Police Officer Greene was dispatched to an abandoned house, for the 2nd time in 2 hours, in the 100 Block of Bernard Street on Veteran’s Day Evening to check a suspicious person.
Officers arrived at the house and found Parolee Stacey Florence Easter, 33, of Bernard Street in Hot Springs, in the front yard of the abandoned residence. Her information was run through the police computer. A valid parole warrant of arrest was found during the check.
Off. Greene arrested Parolee Easter, searched her and allegedly found a used hypodermic needle, a makeshift tourniquet and .1 gram of meth in her purse. Parolee Easter allegedly said that she was clean, doesn’t use anymore and that she found the meth and meth gear. She was transported to the Garland County Detention Center for processing.
Parolee Easter is charged with Felony Possession Of A Controlled Substance and Felony Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia with a bond amount totaling $5,000 and a parole hold placed.
