Meth Search Warrant Executed By GCSO On Cheyenne Street

On Friday 06/07/2019 at approximately 0607 hours investigators with the Garland County Sheriff’s Department Special Operations Unit, and the Criminal Investigations Division along with the Garland County Sheriff’s Department Tactical Response Team executed a search warrant at 126 Cheyenne St. in Garland County for distribution of methamphetamine.  

Two people were found in the residence, 48 year old Billy Conrad Jr. and 26 year old Ashley Conrad of Garland County were immediately detained.

Billy Conrad Jr., 48, of Cheyenne Street in Garland County – allegedly running a dope operation in the Thornton Ferry Road area.

Ashley Conrad, 26, of Cheyenne Street in Garland County – allegedly running a dope operation in the Thornton Ferry Road area.

  A search of the residence yielded approximately 33.3 grams of methamphetamine, 7 grams of marijuana, several items of drug paraphernalia, and a .22 caliber pistol with ammunition.

Mr. and Mrs. Conrad were both placed in custody and charged with numerous felonies including Possession of controlled substance with purpose to deliver, Simultaneous possession of drugs and firearm, possession of firearms by certain person, maintaining a drug premises, unauthorized use of another-persons property to facilitate a crime, and a felony enhancement for being within 1,000 feet of a drug free zone.  They are both being held currently at the Garland County Detention Center on a $0 bond.
