Watch: Update: 18-year-old arrested in connection to Thursday’s fatal shooting at College Station Community

According to public information officers with the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office, Derek Jermaine Parks, 18, was arrested Friday morning and faces a first-degree murder charge.
